Privacy information

POLICY PREVIEW — operating details are being finalised before launch.

Smart-tools uses personal information to respond to enquiries and, when shopping services are enabled, process orders and manage accounts. Contact: Sunny, 269423152@qq.com, Golden Coast Plaza, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. The operator’s full legal identity and complete postal address must be added before launch.

Information involved

Depending on your use of the store, this can include contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order history, enquiry messages and technical information used to operate and secure the site. Payment providers process payment information under their own notices; do not send card information through our contact channels.

Service providers and fulfillment

Hosting, email, payment, shipping and fulfillment services may process information needed to provide their services. Where an order is fulfilled by a partner such as CJ, necessary delivery details are shared for that purpose. Providers and processing locations must be confirmed when each integration is activated.

Choices and requests

Email us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Identity may need to be verified before account information is disclosed.

Before launch

Final retention periods, legal bases, actual providers, cross-border transfer arrangements and applicable rights information still require review. No advertising analytics or newsletter service is bundled with this theme.
