Delivery costs

Our planned standard delivery rate is US$10 for orders below US$50, with free standard delivery for qualifying orders of US$50 or more. Available services and the final charge must be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Our target processing time is 2–3 calendar days. Estimated transit is a further 7–15 calendar days after dispatch, giving an indicative total of 9–18 calendar days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Product and destination-specific options must be confirmed before ordering.

Where we plan to deliver

United States, Canada, Australia, supported European destinations excluding remote areas, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar. Service availability must be checked by country and postal code; a destination is supported only when an applicable delivery option is offered at checkout.

Customs and split shipments

Shipping origin, possible separate parcels and any applicable import charges must be clarified for your destination before purchase. Contact us if the checkout or product information does not answer your question.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it can be provided with your order update. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number.
