Terms of service

POLICY PREVIEW — operating details are being finalised before launch.

About this store

Smart-tools is an independently run store based in Nanjing, China. Sunny is the customer contact, not a representation that this is the operator’s verified legal name. The full contracting party details must be supplied before trading.

Product information and orders

Please review the selected variant, description, price, delivery charges and destination before placing an order. Supplier photos may show props, accessories or multiple variants. Refer to the confirmed product description for what is included. Only confirmed purchasable product listings form part of the shopping service.

Payments and fulfillment

Available payment methods are those actually enabled at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners. Any tax or import responsibility and delivery restrictions must be disclosed before the customer commits to a purchase.

Help, cancellation and returns

Contact 269423152@qq.com for assistance. Read Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds alongside these terms. Nothing in these draft terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Launch status

These terms are a review draft. Seller identity, payment availability and destination-specific requirements must be completed before accepting live orders.
